Session description:
|
This presentation will focus on interventions for the five areas of a balanced reading approach, which are based on Evidence Based Practices. These interventions are all based on humor readings (books, stories, poetry, etc.) as humor reading is often more appealing and motivating to students who struggle with reading. The interventions to be discussed are practical and can be used within regular reading instruction or used as supplemental interventions for students who need more support. |
